- In a cocktail shaker, add the mint leaves and rum and muddle. Allow to sit for 5 minutes to infuse the flavor.
- Add the lime juice, agave syrup and hot water. Add a handful of ice cubes to the shaker and shake well to combine. Strain into a Collins Glass filled with ice.
- Top with a splash of club soda and a sprig of mint.
