Instructions

  1. Pour over fish (or other protein) one minute after flipping over in the grilling pan. Chopped greens can be added at this point.
  2. Cover and let steam for five minutes or until the protein is done.

  • 1 tbsp prepared mustard
  • 1 tsp fresh grated ginger (or 1/2 tsp ginger powder)
  • 1 clove of minced garlic (or 1/4 tsp garlic powder)
