Instructions

  1. Heat oil in large skillet set over medium-high heat; cook pork, shallot, garlic, ginger, salt and chili flakes for 5 to 8 minutes or until browned and cooked through.
  2. Stir in Allulose Granulated Sweetener, lime juice, chili paste, fish sauce and sesame oil.
  3. Arrange lettuce and cucumbers in serving dish; spoon pork mixture over top.
  4. Sprinkle with cilantro, Thai basil, mint, peanuts and Thai chili pepper.

 

Tips: Alternatively, serve ground pork mixture in lettuce wraps.
