Almond Rochers

Test Description


  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F.
  2. In a bowl, mix together the almonds, powdered sugar and liqueur, stirring well to combine.
  3. Spread the mixture on a baking tray and bake for 20 minutes, stirring now and again until the mixture has browned and crystallized. Remove from oven and let sit until cold
  4. then break into 20-24 pieces.
  5. Melt the chocolate in a bowl over a pan of hot, not boiling, water and dip each piece into the chocolate. Leave on a tray lined with nonstick baking paper until set.


  • 1 cup slivered almonds
