- Preheat the oven to 350°F.
- In a bowl, mix together the almonds, powdered sugar and liqueur, stirring well to combine.
- Spread the mixture on a baking tray and bake for 20 minutes, stirring now and again until the mixture has browned and crystallized. Remove from oven and let sit until cold
- then break into 20-24 pieces.
- Melt the chocolate in a bowl over a pan of hot, not boiling, water and dip each piece into the chocolate. Leave on a tray lined with nonstick baking paper until set.
