  1. Place ginger in a medium sauce pot. Using a vegetable peeler, peel the orange zest into the pot avoiding any white pith.
  2. Cut the oranges in half and squeeze in the juice. Add water and Organic Erythritol or Organic Stevia. Bring to a boil, then reduce to medium heat and simmer for 10 minutes.
  3. Strain through a fine sieve. Chill in an ice bath.
  4. Once cool, pour 1 1/2 cups into a tall glass filled with ice. Top with club soda and serve.
