Blood Orange Ginger Ale
- Place ginger in a medium sauce pot. Using a vegetable peeler, peel the orange zest into the pot avoiding any white pith.
- Cut the oranges in half and squeeze in the juice. Add water and Organic Erythritol or Organic Stevia. Bring to a boil, then reduce to medium heat and simmer for 10 minutes.
- Strain through a fine sieve. Chill in an ice bath.
- Once cool, pour 1 1/2 cups into a tall glass filled with ice. Top with club soda and serve.
