Instructions

  1. Bake your favorite carrot cake, we love to use this recipe for Grandma’s Carrot Cake
  2. Once the cake is completely cooled, crumble the cake and mix in the vanilla frosting
  3. Form the mixture into ball and place a Popsicle stick halfway in each one.
  4. Freeze the cake pops for 30 minutes to one hour.
  5. Dip each pop into the melted white chocolate, sprinkle some chopped nuts on top and allow to set. (You can place them in a fridge or freezer to speed up this process.)
