Carrot Cake Pops
- Bake your favorite carrot cake, we love to use this recipe for Grandma’s Carrot Cake
- Once the cake is completely cooled, crumble the cake and mix in the vanilla frosting
- Form the mixture into ball and place a Popsicle stick halfway in each one.
- Freeze the cake pops for 30 minutes to one hour.
- Dip each pop into the melted white chocolate, sprinkle some chopped nuts on top and allow to set. (You can place them in a fridge or freezer to speed up this process.)
