Instructions

  1. In a large bowl, cream butter with organic Sucanat, organic molasses and spices. In a separate bowl, sift together flour and baking soda, then add to butter mixture and stir well. Mix in water until dough is stiff. Chill for several hours.
  2. Preheat the oven to 350°F. Roll out dough on a lightly floured board to a thickness of to 1/3 inch. Cut into any shape desired. Bake on a greased cookie sheet for 10 to 15 minutes, depending on size.
  3. Decorate as desired.
