- Combine the simple organic honey syrup, mint leaves and splash (1 oz.) of soda water in a 12-ounce glass.
- Use a muddler to crush the mint and blend the flavors.
- Cut the lime into fourths and squeeze the juice of three pieces into the glass, leaving one hull in the glass.
