Iced Honey Matcha Tea Latte
- Spoon matcha powder into heatproof glass measuring cup. Pour 1/4 cup hot (but not boiling) water over top; whisk until dissolved. Stir in honey and 1 cup cold water.
- Half-fill two tall glasses with ice.
- Strain coconut milk. Divide matcha tea and coconut milk between glasses.
For a foamy latte, shake mixture in cocktail shaker, then strain into glasses.
Substitute regular milk for coconut milk, if desired.
