Keto Mocha Protein Shake
- In blender, combine almond milk, cream, protein powder, Organic Erythritol, MCT oil, cocoa, espresso powder, vanilla extract, and ice until blended and smooth.
Tip: Garnish with a dollop of whipped cream and a sprinkle of cocoa powder if desired.

- 1/2 cup heavy whipping cream (or half & half)
- 1/2 cup chocolate protein powder (sugar-free)
- 2 tbsp Wholesome ZeroSugar Organic Erythritol
- 2 tbsp MCT oil
- 1 tsp unsweetened Fair Trade cocoa powder
- 4 tsp instant espresso powder
- 1/2 tsp vanilla extract
- 1 cup ice cubes
