Matcha White Chocolate Stevia Cookies
- Preheat oven to 350°F. Beat together butter and Wholesome Organic Stevia. Beat in eggs, 1 at a time; beat in vanilla.
- In separate bowl, whisk together flour, matcha powder, salt, baking powder and baking soda; stir into butter mixture just until combined. Stir in white chocolate chunks.
- Drop dough by heaping tablespoonfuls, about 2 inches apart, onto parchment paper-lined baking sheets, pressing gently to flatten slightly.
- Bake for 8 to 10 minutes or until edges are golden and tops of cookies are dry. Let cool on pans on racks for 5 minutes. Transfer directly to racks; let cool completely.
