Pumpkin Pie Latte
- In small saucepan set over medium heat, combine pumpkin purée, Organic Stevia, pumpkin pie spice and vanilla. Cook, stirring constantly, until starting to simmer.
- Stir in milk; heat until steaming. Strain; whisk with frother or hand blender until frothy.
- Add espresso to cup; pour frothed pumpkin milk over top. Sprinkle with pinch of pie spice.
Tip: Substitute unsweetened non-dairy almond, coconut, soy or cashew milk if desired.
