Pumpkin Pie Spiced Kettle Popcorn
- Preheat oven to 300°F. Melt coconut oil over medium-low heat; stir in Organic Stevia, pumpkin pie spice and salt. Cook for 2 to 3 minutes or until Organic Stevia dissolves; toss with popcorn.
- Transfer to 2 parchment paper–lined baking sheets. Bake for about 10 minutes or until popcorn is dry and crisp. Store in airtight container for up to 5 days.
Tip: Package in cellophane bags or cookie tins for holiday gift-giving.
- 1/4 cup coconut oil
