  1. In a medium mixing bowl, beat together the cream cheese, gelatin, organic powdered sugar and juice with an electric mixer until smooth and creamy.
  2. Fold in the whipped cream and muddled raspberries.
  3. Spoon the mixture into a decorative serving bowl and garnish with fresh raspberries.
  4. Cover and chill at least 45-60 minutes before serving.
  5. Serve the dip with assorted shortbread cookies, butter cookies, graham crackers or toasted cinnamon bagels. This would make a great topping for cupcakes too.

  • 8 oz organic cream cheese, softened
  • 4 tsp powdered raspberry-flavored gelatin
  • 1/2 cup Wholesome! Organic Powdered Sugar
  • 2 tbsp organic raspberry or orange juice
  • 1/2 cup whipped cream or non-dairy frozen whipped topping, thawed
  • 1/2 cup fresh organic raspberries, muddled
  • 1/2 cup fresh organic raspberries (for garnish)
  • Assorted cookies such as shortbreads, butter cookies or graham crackers. Toasted angel food cake or toasted cinnamon bagels work well for dipping too.
