  3. Combine remaining ingredients. Add the nuts and mix well. Spread on a baking sheet in an even, single layer.
  4. Bake for one hour, stirring every 20 minutes, until nuts are dry. Drizzle with melted butter and toss the nuts to coat.
  5. Store in an airtight jar or tin.
