  1. Preheat oven to 375°F.
  2. Toss baby brussels with olive oil, then spread sprouts onto lined baking sheet
  3. Roast in oven about 15 minutes.
  4. Whisk organic blue agave and spicy mustard together until smooth; add sprouts and toss to coat. Return to baking sheet.
  5. Roast sprouts until tender, about 20 minutes more.
  6. Lightly sprinkle with sea salt to taste (optional).
