Tiramisu Overnight Oats
- Stir together oats, milk, espresso, 2 tbsp honey, vanilla and salt. Cover and refrigerate at least 8 hours.
- Stir together yogurt and remaining honey.
- Dividing evenly among 4 small jars, layer half of the crushed ladyfingers, oatmeal and yogurt. Repeat layers once. Sprinkle with cinnamon. Garnish with raspberries.
For a true tiramisu taste, replace the ground cinnamon with cocoa powder. To make these overnight oats even more decadent, substitute mascarpone cheese for the yogurt.
