Turmeric & Chamomile Tea
- Bring coconut water, turmeric, ginger, cinnamon stick, peppercorns and fennel seeds to boil. Steep tea bags for 5 minutes.
- Remove tea bags and strain mixture; divide between 2 mugs. Stir in Wholesome Organic Honey and warmed coconut milk.
Tip: Froth coconut milk with a milk frother, whisk or hand blender for foamy Turmeric and Chamomile Latte.
- 2 cups organic coconut water
- 2 tsp ground turmeric
- 6 slices fresh ginger, about 1/4 inch thick
- 1 cinnamon stick
- 6 black peppercorns, lightly crushed
- 1/4 tsp fennel seeds, lightly crushed
- 2 organic chamomile tea bags
- 2 tbsp Wholesome Organic Honey
- Or 2 packets Wholesome Organic Stevia (for a lighter option)
- 1/4 cup coconut milk, warmed
