Description

Monk fruit, known as lo han guo in Chinese, is native to southern China. The extract is made by crushing the fruit to make liquid or dried concentrate. The sweetness intensity of the extract can range from 80 to nearly 300 times sweeter than sugar. Because of this, the extract is blended with a lower intensity sweetener to provide a blend that is closer in sweetness to sugar.

Wholesome Monk Fruit blend is made by co-crystallizing organic monk fruit extract with organic erythritol to create a perfectly homogenous sweetener blend that is a little bit sweeter than sugar. If you are avoiding sugar or carbs, but crave sweetness without the bitter aftertaste, then Wholesome Organic Monk Fruit blend was made for you. Try it in coffee, tea, smoothies or on cereal. It’s great for low carb baking too.
