Matcha Chia Pudding
- Stir together almond beverage, chia seeds, Organic Stevia and matcha powder. Cover and refrigerate for at least 8 hours or overnight.
- Spoon into serving dishes. Top with strawberries, kiwi, raspberries and blueberries. Sprinkle with almonds.
- To make parfaits, layer pudding with fruit.
- If desired, substitute coconut chips, or pumpkin or sunflower seeds for almonds.
