Pineapple Muffins

Test Description


  1. Sift dry ingredients and add to Sucanat in a large bowl.
  2. Mix egg, sour cream, pineapple and oil in another bowl.
  3. Add liquid ingredients to dry and mix only until moistened.
  4. Spoon into paper-lined muffin cups, filling 2/3 full. Bake at 350°F for 25 minutes or until brown.

  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 1/2 cup Wholesome! Organic Sucanat
  • 1 cage-free organic egg
  • 1 cup sour cream
  • 1 8-oz. crushed pineapple, undrained
  • 1/3 cup oil
