Spiced Nut & Oat Crunch

GLUTEN FREE

INGREDIENTS

2 cage-free organic egg whites
2 tbsp Wholesome! Organic Raw Honey
1 tsp Fair Trade vanilla extract
1 tsp Fair Trade ground cardamom
1/2 tsp Fair Trade ground cinnamon
Generous pinch of sea salt
1 cup raw walnut halves
1/2 cup thick rolled oats
1/2 cup flaxseed
2 cage-free organic egg whites
2 cups Fair Trade pineapple, chopped
2 cups Fair Trade mangoes, chopped
2 cups Fair Trade organic bananas, chopped


INSTRUCTIONS

Preheat the oven to 300°F. Grease a cookie sheet with pan spray.

In a medium bowl whisk together egg whites, organic raw honey, vanilla, spices and salt. Add nuts, oats and flax.

Spread onto the greased baking tray and bake for 25-30 minutes.

Cool and sprinkle over fruit salad, yogurt or oatmeal.
