Cinnamon Agave Apple Granola

GLUTEN FREE | NATURALLY VEGAN

INGREDIENTS

4 cups old fashioned oats
2 cups organic corn puffs**
2 cups rice or kamut puffs**
1 cup sunflower seeds (unsalted)
1 cup shredded coconut
1 cup organic applesauce
1/2 cup Wholesome Organic Blue Agave
1 tsp ground cinnamon
Dried fruit and nuts (your preference)

INSTRUCTIONS

Preheat oven to 325°F.

Mix the cereals, sunflower seeds, and coconut in a large bowl. In a smaller bowl, mix the applesauce and Wholesome Organic Blue Agave. Add the wet ingredients to the cereal mix and toss until well-coated. Spread a thin layer of the mixture on to a jelly roll pan.

Bake for 20-30 minutes, but stir every 10 minutes to help break the granola up.

Let cool fully and then add in dried fruit and nuts to taste.
