Dairy-Free Coconut Ice Cream

INGREDIENTS

2 (14 oz) cans full fat coconut milk, chilled
1 cup Wholesome! Organic Coconut Palm Sugar
1 large pinch kosher or fine sea salt
2 tsp pure vanilla extract


INSTRUCTIONS

Combine all ingredients in a blender and process to combine.

Pour into an ice cream maker and process according to the manufacturers directions.

Ice cream will be soft and can be served immediately or placed in an airtight container in the freezer to further harden.
