Macadamia White Chocolate Pie

GLUTEN FREE

INGREDIENTS

1 cup Wholesome! Organic Light Corn Syrup
3 eggs lightly beaten
2/3 cup Wholesome! Organic Cane Sugar
1 (6.5 oz) container Macadamia nuts, crushed
4 tbsp butter, softened
1/2 tsp vanilla extract
1/2 tsp almond extract
1 cup white chocolate chips, divided use
1 uncooked deep dish 9 inch pie crust
Vanilla ice cream (optional)


INSTRUCTIONS

Preheat the oven to 350°F.

In a large bowl, mix organic light corn syrup, eggs and organic sugar. Stir in nuts, butter, vanilla extract and almond extract. Fold in 2/3 cup of the white chocolate chips.

Line the bottom of the pie crust with the remaining 1/3 cup of the white chocolate chips. Pour mixture into pie crust.

Bake for 50 minutes or until filling is set. If necessary cover pie edges with aluminum foil to prevent over browning.
Serve warm with vanilla ice cream if desired.
