1/2 cup Wholesome Organic Honey
1/4 cup organic peanut butter
2 tbsp low-sodium soy sauce
1 tbsp lime juice
1 tbsp chopped fresh cilantro
1/8 tsp crushed red pepper flakes
Combine all ingredients in small bowl. Mix well and set aside for about 15 minutes. Adjust seasonings to taste. This makes a great marinade for kabobs or stir-fries, as well as, a dipping sauce for spring rolls.
