1 ½ cups Organic All-Purpose Flour
1/2 tsp. Sea Salt
1 tsp. Ground Cinnamon
3/4 cup Wholesome Organic Blue Agave
1/4 cup Wholesome Organic Light Brown Sugar
3/4 cup Grapeseed or any Vegetable Oil
1 tbsp. Vanilla
1/2 cup Almond Granola
1/2 cup Coconut Flakes
1/2 cup Dried Cranberries
1/2 cup Semi-Sweet Chocolate Chips
1/2 cup Chopped Walnuts
Preheat oven to 350°F and line baking sheets with parchment paper. Spray parchment paper with a non-stick cooking spray and set aside.
Combine the flour, sea salt and cinnamon in a large mixing bowl and set aside.
Combine Wholesome Organic Blue Agave, oil and vanilla in a small mixing bowl with a wire whisk. Pour into the dry mixture bowl.
With a wooden spoon or spatula, stir together the wet and dry mixtures until it is well combined. Add and stir in the almond granola, coconut flakes, dried cranberries, chocolate chips and chopped walnuts until well incorporated.
Scoop 1° ounces or roughly 2 tablespoons of the mixture onto the prepared baking sheet about an inch apart.
Gently press down and flatten the dough using the palm of your hand.
Bake in the center rack of the oven for 12-14 minutes or until the edges are golden. Cool on wire rack.
