Ingredients

3 sticks softened unsalted butter
3 cups Wholesome Organic Fair Trade Powdered Sugar
2 tsp Vanilla Extract
¼ cup + 2 tbsp Heavy Cream – cold
Pinch of salt

Instructions

Using electric mixer, mix butter. Sift in powdered sugar and mix on low until blended to taste.

Add vanilla and salt and increase to medium speed for approximately 6 minutes until light and airy. Stop occasionally to scrape.

Reduce speed to low and add heavy cream until fully incorporated. Scrape and mix on medium for 10 seconds.

Use immediately.

Vanilla Glaze with Wholesome Fair Trade Organic Powdered Sugar

Ingredients

1 ½ cups Wholesome Fair Trade Organic Powdered Sugar
1 ½ tsp milk
⅔ tsp salt
¾ tsp vanilla extract
1 tsp butter

Instructions

Melt the butter and add the rest of the ingredients. Combine until creamy, then drizzle atop your baked creation.
