DIRECTIONS:
Step 1
Line a half sheet pan with foil and place a wire rack on top. Place ribs on the rack.
Step 2
Mix together ingredients for the dry rub and massage rub all over both sides of the ribs. Allow ribs to sit with rub at room temperature for half an hour.
Step 3
While the ribs are sitting at room temperature, make the marinade.
Step 4
Mix together the miso paste, Dark Brown Sugar, Molasses, sake, sesame oil, rice vinegar, soy sauce, Korean chili flakes, orange zest and juice, garlic & ginger.
Step 5
Preheat the oven to 300 degrees.
Step 6
Brush marinade all over the ribs and place ½ cup water on the sheet pan. Cover with aluminum foil and cook for 2 hours.
Step 7
Uncover and brush more marinade on the ribs. Continue cooking for another 30-45 minutes, uncovered.
Step 8
Brush more sauce on ribs and put them under the broiler until sauce is caramelized and bubbly, 3-4 minutes.
Step 9
Finish ribs off on a grill for additional caramelization and tastiness!
Step 10
Slice ribs between the bones and serve with lime slices, sesame seeds, cilantro, & green onion
