Make at least one day in advance for best results. Place all ingredients in a blender and puree till smooth.

Step 2

Remove to a medium saucepan and bring to a low boil, reduce the heat and simmer for about 15 minutes. Taste and adjust seasonings.

Allow to cool and refrigerate. Keeps for several weeks, covered tightly and refrigerated.
