Firecracker Cocktail

INGREDIENTS:

FOR THE COCKTAIL

4 oz Fresh Watermelon Juice

4 oz Mezcal

2 oz Freshly Squeezed Lime Juice (from 2 limes)

2 oz Regenerative Organic Certified® Blue Agave Nectar from Wholesome

1 tbsp Grenadine

Ice

FOR THE RIM

Equal parts Tajin and Regenerative Organic Certified® Turbinado Cane Sugar from Wholesome mixed together on a shallow plate

FOR GARNISH

Fresh Watermelon

Extra limes

DIRECTIONS:

FOR THE RIM

Step 1

Prepare coupe glasses.

Step 2

Use half of a lime to wet the outer side of one of the coupe glasses.

Step 3

Dip the wet side in the Turbinado and Tajin mixture.

Step 4

Repeat with the second glass.

FOR THE COCKTAIL

Step 1

Fill a cocktail shaker with ice.

Step 2

Add fresh watermelon juice, mezcal, lime juice, agave, and Grenadine.

Step 3

Shake vigorously.

Step 4

Strain the contents of the cocktail shaker into the two glasses.

Step 5

Garnish with fresh watermelon cubes and lime wedges.
