GRILLED PEACHES WITH BROWN SUGAR GLAZE

DIRECTIONS:

Step 1

To make the brown sugar glaze: Melt butter in a small saucepan over medium heat. Add brown sugar and stir to dissolve. Stir in orange juice, smoked paprika, salt and pepper.

Step 2

Increase heat and bring to a simmer, until the mixture reduces to about a ½ cup.  Remove from heat and stir in the lime juice.   

Step 3
Preheat a grill or grill pan over medium high heat. Grill peaches briefly, about 2 minutes on the inner flesh side. Remove from heat and brush with one tablespoon of glaze per peach half.   

Step 4
Top with whipped cream, chopped pistachios and a sprinkle of brown sugar.
