DIRECTIONS:
FOR THE SPICE SIMPLE SYRUP
Step 1
Combine sugar and water in a small saucepan over low-medium heat.
Step 2
Add cinnamon sticks, cloves, ginger, nutmeg and allspice.
Step 3
Bring to a simmer and heat a few minutes more, until sugar is dissolved.
Step 4
Remove from the heat and allow to cool. Strain through a fine mesh strainer.
FOR THE PUNCH
Step 1
Pour cherry juice, cranberry juice, orange juice, lemon juice, ginger ale, rum and spiced simple syrup into a large punch bowl. Stir to combine.
Step 2
Garnish with fresh citrus slices, cranberries and cinnamon sticks.
Step 3
Ladle punch into glasses filled with ice and enjoy!
