DIRECTIONS:

FOR THE GINGER ROSEMARY SIMPLE SYRUP

Step 1

Combine agave, 1/2 cup water, rosemary and ginger  in a small saucepan over low-medium heat.

Step 2

Bring to a simmer and heat a few minutes more. 

Step 3

Remove from the heat and allow to cool.  

FOR THE COCKTAIL

Step 1

Fill a cocktail shaker with ice.

Step 2

Add vodka, pomegranate juice, elderflower liquor, and rosemary ginger simple syrup.

Step 3

Shake vigorously.  

Step 4

Strain the contents of the cocktail shaker into three cocktail glasses.

Step 5

Top each glass with 2 oz of rosé prosecco.

Step 6

Garnish with fresh orange peel, pomegranate seeds, and rosemary sprigs. Enjoy!
