DIRECTIONS:
Step 1
Combine pineapple juice, honey, mustard, ginger and soy sauce in a small saucepan over medium heat. Heat until combined and mixture starts to bubble. Allow the glaze to simmer for about 5-7 minutes, or until it thickens slightly. Set glaze aside.
Step 2
Preheat the oven to 325 degrees.
Step 3
Place a rack on a sheet tray lined with foil. Add ½ inch water to the bottom of the sheet pan. Place ham on top of the rack and cover the whole thing tightly with foil.
Step 4
Bake at 325 degrees for about 10-12 minutes per pound. Remember the ham is already cooked so you are just warming it through!
Step 5
During the last 20 minutes of cooking, remove the foil and brush the glaze on the ham generously. Increase the oven temperature to 400 degrees to allow the glaze to caramelize. Just keep a close eye on the ham so the glaze doesn’t burn!
Step 6
Allow the ham to rest for 10 minutes before carving. Enjoy your honey glazed ham!
