DIRECTIONS:
Step 1
Preheat oven to 350°F. grease the baking dish and set aside

In a bowl, combine graham cracker crumbs, melted butter, and sugar until evenly mixed and resembles wet sand

Pour the mixture into the baking dish and press evenly into the bottom and up the sides about 2-3 inches

Bake crust for 10 minutes, then remove from the oven and set aside while you prepare the filling

In a large bowl, whisk eggs until light and airy

Whisk in pumpkin and cream until smooth and add light brown sugar, vanilla, and spices, whisking until completely smooth

Pour filling into prepared crust and bake the pie for 45-50 minutes and carefully rotate

Cook for another 45-50 minutes, until filling is set on the edges but still slightly wobbly in the middle
Step 9
Let cool on a wire rack for 2 hours before covering and chilling in the refrigerator

Set oven to broil
Step 11
Arrange marshmallows over top of the cooled pie

Broil pie until the marshmallows are golden brown, this happens very quickly, so don’t walk away
