DIRECTIONS:
Step 1
Put peach slices in a blender with 2 tablespoons of water and blend on high for 2 minutes, or until mixture is frothy and peaches are fully blended.
Step 2
Fill a cocktail shaker with ice. Add 4 oz peach puree, mezcal, Cointreau, lime juice and agave. Shake well.
Step 3
Rim the glasses with lime, and dip into tajin. Fill glasses with ice and divide drink among the two glasses
Step 4
Garnish with peach slices and fresh limes.
