DIRECTIONS:
Step 1
In mixing bowl, sift flour, baking soda and baking powder and set aside.
Step 2
In mixer with paddle, combine butter and Organic Stevia and mix on low speed until creamy.
Step 3
Add eggs one at a time and scrape the bottom of the bowl in between to avoid lumps at the bottom of the mix. Add vanilla.
Step 4
Add flour mixture and salt and mix on low until completely combined.
Step 5
Remove from mixer and wrap in plastic wrap and refrigerate for 1 hour before using. Dough can be stored for up to 3 days in the fridge at this point.
Step 6
Preheat oven to 325F.
Step 7
Remove dough from fridge and place on a liberally floured work surface. Roll to ¼’ thick.
Step 8
Using desired cookie cutter, cut the cookies and place on a cookie tray (you will need a pan sprayed tray if not using a Teflon one) 3/4 ‘apart.
Step 9
Bake for 15-18 minutes or until light golden brown. Rotate the cookies halfway through the cooking process.
Step 10
Remove and cool on a cooling rack.
