VANILLA ALMOND COLD-BREWED ICED COFFEE

DIRECTIONS:

Step 1

Add ground coffee to 2-cup Mason jar; pour in 1 3/4 cups cold water, stirring until coffee grounds are moistened. Cover and seal jar; let stand for 12 hours. Strain through fine-meshed sieve, then through coffee filter.

Step 2

Stir together almond beverage, Organic Stevia and vanilla for a “creamer.”

Step 3

Fill two tall glasses halfway with ice. Divide coffee and “creamer” between glasses.

Tips:

For a better-tasting brew, use filtered water.

Alternatively, use a French press to cold-brew coffee. Plunge, then filter through coffee filter.
