BRUNCH PIZZA WITH AGAVE NECTAR

DIRECTIONS:

Step 1
Preheat the oven to 350 degrees. Grease a 10-inch springform cake pan or line with parchment and set aside. 
Step 2
In a large bowl combine oats, almond flour, cinnamon, ginger, vanilla and salt. Add agave and coconut oil and mix until well combined.  
Step 3
Spread the mixture evenly into the prepared pan and press down with a spatula.  
Step 4
Bake in oven for 10 minutes and allow to cool completely.  
Step 5
With an offset spatula, spread yogurt evenly over the top of the cooled crust. 
Step 6
Decorate with fresh fruit and coconut shavings. Drizzle with agave.
