INGREDIENTS
For the Crust:
2 cups rolled oats
1 cup almond flour
½ teaspoon ground cinnamon
¼ teaspoon ground ginger
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
⅛ teaspoon salt
⅔ cup Wholesome Organic Fair Trade Raw Agave Nectar
3 tablespoons coconut oil
For Topping:
1 ⅓ cup greek yogurt
Sliced mango
Sliced kiwi
Sliced blackberries
Toasted coconut shavings
Wholesome Organic Fair Trade Raw Agave Nectar, for drizzling
INSTRUCTIONS
- Preheat the oven to 350 degrees. Grease a 10-inch springform cake pan or line with parchment and set aside.
- In a large bowl combine oats, almond flour, cinnamon, ginger, vanilla and salt. Add agave and coconut oil and mix until well combined.
- Spread the mixture evenly into the prepared pan and press down with a spatula.
- Bake in oven for 10 minutes and allow to cool completely.
- With an offset spatula, spread yogurt evenly over the top of the cooled crust.
- Decorate with fresh fruit and coconut shavings. Drizzle with agave.
