Brunch Pizza with Agave

INGREDIENTS

For the Crust: 

2 cups rolled oats 

1 cup almond flour  

½ teaspoon ground cinnamon 

¼ teaspoon ground ginger  

1 teaspoon vanilla extract 

⅛ teaspoon salt  

⅔ cup Wholesome Organic Fair Trade Raw Agave Nectar 

3 tablespoons coconut oil  

 

 

For Topping: 

1 ⅓ cup greek yogurt 

Sliced mango 

Sliced kiwi 

Sliced blackberries 

Toasted coconut shavings 

Wholesome Organic Fair Trade Raw Agave Nectar, for drizzling  


INSTRUCTIONS

  1. Preheat the oven to 350 degrees. Grease a 10-inch springform cake pan or line with parchment and set aside. 
  2. In a large bowl combine oats, almond flour, cinnamon, ginger, vanilla and salt. Add agave and coconut oil and mix until well combined.  
  3. Spread the mixture evenly into the prepared pan and press down with a spatula.  
  4. Bake in oven for 10 minutes and allow to cool completely.  
  5. With an offset spatula, spread yogurt evenly over the top of the cooled crust. 
  6. Decorate with fresh fruit and coconut shavings. Drizzle with agave.
