Honey Mojito

GLUTEN FREE

INGREDIENTS

1 cup simple honey syrup (1/2 cup water & 1/2 cup Wholesome! Organic Honey)
1 fresh organic lime
5 fresh mint leaves
1 1/2 oz light rum
4 oz soda water


INSTRUCTIONS

Combine the simple organic honey syrup, mint leaves and splash (1 oz.) of soda water in a 12-ounce glass.

Use a muddler to crush the mint and blend the flavors.

Cut the lime into fourths and squeeze the juice of three pieces into the glass, leaving one hull in the glass.

Add rum, stir, and fill with ice, then top with soda water and garnish with mint sprig and a slice of lime
