Honey Sriracha Shrimp Stir Fry

INGREDIENTS

2 Tbsp. olive oil
1/2 lb. Shrimp
1/2 tsp. sea salt
1/2 tsp. black pepper
2 cups Organic broccoli florets
1 cup Organic Carrots
1 cup Organic Snap peas
1/2 yellow bell pepper
1/2 bunch green onions (about 1/4 cup, chopped)
2 tbsp. water
2 tbsp. Wholesome Organic Raw Unfiltered White Honey
2 tbsp. tamari or soy sauce
2 tbsp. water
1 tbsp. Sriracha
2 cloves organic garlic, minced
1/2 inch nub of organic ginger, minced
1/2 tsp. cornstarch
1/4 tsp. red pepper flakes
1 cup white jasmine rice
2 cups water


INSTRUCTIONS

Sauce

In a medium bowl, combine all sauce ingredients and whisk together to combine.

Rice

In a medium pot, combine rice and water. Bring to a boil, then decrease heat to simmer and cover the pot. Cook 15-20 minutes, stirring occasionally, until the water is absorbed and rice is cooked.

Stir Fry

Prepare shrimp. Peel and devein if necessary. Thoroughly pat dry and sprinkle with salt and pepper.
