DIRECTIONS:
Step 1
Peel and slice apples.
Step 2
Place them in a large bowl and mix with lemon juice and cinnamon.
Step 3
Place apples in a greased 9 x 13-inch baking dish.
Step 4
Combine oats, flour, Sucanat, salt, cinnamon, and walnuts in a bowl. Mix the butter with your fingers until the mixture resembles coarse crumbs.
Step 5
Spread evenly on top of the apples.
Step 6
Bake for 25 minutes at 375°F or until apples are soft and the topping is brown.
