2 fresh jalapeño slices (do not use canned pickled jalapeños)
.75 oz fresh lime juice
.50 oz Wholesome Organic Blue Agave
1 oz pineapple juice
1.5 oz tequila
Wholesome Organic Cane Sugar (for glass rim)
Muddle jalapeno in lime juice and agave. Add tequila and juice in shaker and shake.
Strain over ice in a margarita glass rimmed with Organic Cane Sugar & cinnamon.
Garnish with fresh jalapeno slices and a fresh pineapple wedge.
