Sweet And Lite Gingerbread


3 tbsp Wholesome! Organic Stevia & Sugar Baking Blend
2 tbsp organic milk
½ cup butter, softened
2 each cage-free organic egg yolks
1 cup Wholesome! Organic Molasses
2½ cups all-purpose flour
1½ tsp baking soda
1 tsp cinnamon
1 tsp ground ginger
½ tsp ground cloves
½ tsp salt
1 cup hot water


Preheat oven to 350°F. Cream butter and Organic Sweet & Lite for 15 minutes until light and fluffy. Add yolks one at a time until incorporated. Add Organic Molasses and mix until well blended.

Mix all dry ingredients together and add to creamed mixture. Stir in hot water carefully. Pour into greased 9-inch square pan. Bake for 45-60 minutes until toothpick inserted comes out clean.
