1 1/2 cups fresh grapefruit juice
1/4 cup Wholesome! Organic Turbinado Raw Cane Sugar
2 cinnamon sticks
2 (12 oz) cans organic ginger ale, chilled
Mint or edible flowers (garnish)
In a saucepan, combine grapefruit juice, Organic Turbinado Raw Cane Sugar and cinnamon. Bring to a boil
Simmer, uncovered, for five minutes. Discard cinnamon sticks. Cover and chill.
To serve, fill four 8-ounce glasses with ice. Add about 1/3 cup grapefruit juice to each glass.
Fill glasses with ginger ale.
Stir gently. If desired, garnish with grapefruit peel curls, edible flowers and fresh mint sprigs.
